Lady Mariners honored by NSCAA
Castine, Maine - The Maine Mariitme Women's Soccer Team was honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Adidas for their efforts in the classroom for the 2008-09 season. MMA was one of 327 Women's Teams nationally to be recognized and the only North Atlantic Conference Team to receive this honor. More>

3 Lady Mariners named All-NAC
Freshman forward Callie Thompson (Windsor, ME) was honored by the NAC coaches as the Rookie of the Year. Junior midfielder Katie Hutchinson (Dixfield, ME) and senior striker Diana Manatt-Rogers (Conway, MA) were selected to the 2009 North Atlantic Conference All-Conference First Team.Junior sweeper Megan Russell (Peru, ME) was named the NAC All-Conference Second Team. Lady Mainers lose in semi's
Bangor, ME - Husson University advanced to the NAC Championship game with a 3-0 win over Maine Maritime Academy. The Husson Eagles will seek their fourth straight North Atlantic Conference (NAC) title when they face Caslteton State College on Saturday, November 7. More>

MMA advances to NAC semifinals
Castine, Maine Maine Maritime got a goal from Jess Stahl in the third minute of the opening stanza and went on to beat Johnson State College 4-2 in a North Atlantic Conference quarterfinal match Tuesday afternoon. With the win MMA improves to 10-6-1 on the season and advances to play at Husson University in a semifinal match on Saturday afternoon at 1pm. More>

MMA takes on Badgers
Maine Maritime (9-6-1 overall, 4-2-1 NAC) earned the third seed and will host sixth seed Johnson State (6-7-1 overall, 1-5-1 NAC) in a first round contest on Tuesday. The two teams played to a 1-1 tie when they met in Castine, Maine a week ago. More>

Lady Mariners win on senior day
Castine, Maine Maine Maritime got goals from Katie Hutchinson (Dixfield, ME) and Emily Brogden (Union, VT) en route to a 2-0 win over Lyndon State College Sunday afternoon at Ritchie Field. With the tie MMA improves to 3-2-1 in NAC play and 8-6-1 overall. Lyndon State falls to 6-6-1 overall and 1-4-1 in the NAC. More>
